Safety is very important to Scott Amusements. We provide a safe and clean midway and won't operate a ride that would be considered unsafe. Each day our equipment is fully inspected by our owners and pass inspections of by the Iowa Department of Inspections before we open the first day of each event. During the winter months our equipment is fully inspected and refurbished so it is ready for the first of the year. 

Tips for having a fun, safe day at Scott Amusements:

• Walk, don't run on the midway
• Check posted height requirements
• Watch ride before riding if unsure what a ride does
• Never force a child to ride a ride that they do not want to ride
• Sit, do not stand while riding
• Keep all hands, arms, and feet inside the ride vehicle at all times
• Use common sense
